A deep tissue massage is not just a Swedish massage with deeper strokes or harder pressure. Deep tissue massage uses firm pressure and slow strokes to massage into the deep layers of muscle and fascia, which is the connective tissue that surrounds all our muscles.

A relaxation massage is a smooth, gentle treatment that relieves muscular tension, increases circulation and promotes a general sense of relaxation.

A prenatal massage is a full body massage similar to a Swedish massage, except for a few modifications with body positioning that can ensure the safety and comfort for both mother and baby.

A postnatal massage is a full body massage that occurs within the first 12 weeks after giving birth.
